After-Sales Service (SAV)
When receiving the merchandise, before signing the transporter's delivery note, the customer must thoroughly review and check the packages (quantity and condition of the merchandise). If it is not possible to check the merchandise, you must write on the delivery note "PENDING REVIEW".
If the delivery note is signed without any remark, it confirms that the merchandise is in good condition, and ECOGIFT is free of any responsibility.
After-sales claims not reported within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise will not be accepted. After-sales claims must be notified to the following email address: incidencias@koduhomedesign.com. Returns must be made in the original packaging and without having been used or assembled.
The procedure is as follows: first, the defective item will be collected, and after verifying upon receipt in our warehouses, we will proceed with the replacement. All merchandise will be replaced unless out of stock. In that case, a credit note will be issued, which will be deducted from your next invoice.
Our products are handcrafted, which may result in slight variations in tones, shapes, and dimensions. Please check with the technical department before confirming the order, as these variations are not accepted as after-sales claims.
Warranties
All materials come with a 3-year warranty from the invoice date, provided that the defect is due to manufacturing.
The warranty allows for the replacement of the item as many times as necessary, but the amount will never be refunded.
Discrepancies
Any dispute relating to the execution of these General Sales Conditions will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia (Spain).

Orders
To avoid errors, orders must be placed via our website www.koduhomedesign.com or through our sales representative.
Prices are excluding taxes. In case of a price difference, the price indicated in the confirmation issued by ECOGIFT will always prevail.
Special Deliveries
Deliveries to private individuals (final customers) and/or to addresses other than those considered as shop or warehouse addresses will have an additional charge of €30, which will be added to the invoice. The merchandise will be dropped off at the curbside by the delivery company, and the receipt and custody of the merchandise will be the responsibility of the contracting customer (company).
No deliveries to private individuals in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
No deliveries to countries other than the one in which the company requesting the service is based.
It is the responsibility of our client (company) to manage and coordinate with their final customer, as well as to handle any after-sales service.
Delivery Time
For available items, following confirmation of payment by the bank, the order will be shipped within approximately 3 to 5 days. The delivery time may vary depending on the final destination.
For items not in stock, our sales team will inform you of an approximate availability date. The company reserves the right to modify these dates without notice.
Transit time varies between 2 and 15 business days depending on the region or country, as well as conditions within the EU.
